How to take great baby pictures
I love taking pictures but my favorites potraits to take
are of children. I do whatever it takes that is necessary to produce a deired
response to get a great picture. Here are a few tips to help you get great
pictures you will want to share.
First, remember that children are
people and remember what it is like to be a child.
Don't wait for the
baby to perform, get ready to entertain.
Here is a guideline for age of
the child:
Up to 12 weeks: You have to take the precious baby as she
is. Place the baby flat on its back on something low and shoot directly down.
Focus your camera at the baby's head.
4 to 6 months: Place the baby
on her tummy and tickle her with a rattle. Slowly dangle the toyin front of the
baby. The baby will respond and when the eyes follow... Snap a picture.
To get the baby to smile, use a piece of tissue paper and tickle their
lips.
6 to 9 months: This is a great age to get the baby playing with
the feet. When the baby is on its tummy it can brace himself and will give you a
great picture.
9 months to 1 year This is a great time to play peak a
boo and get a great picture. Create a game and throw a toy and they will throw
one back. Its a great opportunity to get a great smile.
Remember when
taking pictures of babies, they get tired very easy and don't like crowds. Ten
minutes is the recommended time to get great pictures.
Keep a center of
interest.
Learn to be funny and playful.
Simplify makes the best
pictures.
Enjoy making beautiful pictures.
