Graphics And Clipart In Your Scrapbook
Various graphics and clip art packages are available for sale on the Internet, through Amazon and other
retailers. Depending on the theme of your scrapbook pages you may find the perfect image in one of these packages,
and as long as you print at best quality onto acid-free and lignin-free paper, you can achieve a really
good result. The quality of bought clipart can be high.
There are also many sites offering graphics and clipart - of varying quality - which can be be
downloaded or printed for free. Do a search on Google or try Google images. Be careful with copyright issues.
For a more professional result you can buy excellent illustrations and photos from stock photo sites such as
www.BigStockPhoto.com or www.iStockPhoto.com. The higher the quality of the image, the more expensive it will be and
the bigger it will print. Don't scimp! For true versality but the .eps version of the image, which you can
resize without loss of quality - but make sure that your photo software will handle the image first!
Downloading and printing images is a good way to find pictures or photographs of your child's favorite
television character or band for a unique personalized touch. Remember to print these graphics or clipart directly
onto lignin-free and acid-free paper. Of course the quality of a downloaded image is unlikely to be fantastic. Most
graphics are saved for the web at a much lower quality than normally used for printing, and you are unlikely
to be able to obtain a good quality image at a decent size.
